Flowing Flag

Oh. banner in the moving breeze,
graceful, red and white she goes;
posted or marched by sky and trees,
like the river, faithfully flows.

The day with sun and clouds above,
through our nation's joys and woes,
the symbol of the land we love,
red, white, blue bravely flows.

With brisk salute, hand on our heart,
our aim, resolute, compose;
and, in allegiance, truth and art,
its honor and justice flows.

Oh, may the years stream faithfully,
through fortune's that have dipped rose ,
protected,. proclaimed,by land and sea,
our banner of freedom flows.
