Minimizing the Too Muchx
Decision, decisions, what to discard?
Is there a place to the near-useful rid?
To discern what to keep is equally hard,
don't know where I got it or know why I did.
I think of the hoarder by keeping possessed,
if received the orders what to retain,
my time and space to better use addressed,
spared from the perpetual rearranging pain.
Limit of businesses things to reduce,
overfilling spaces now running short,
a place to set it where I would not lose,
will not be settled in household or court.
For hand-me-downs, no recipients exist;
discarding too or have different needs;
energy to disperse them though we persist,
from excess belongings we are not freed.
Heaven forbid! You say, "to the dump.,"
what we've cherished, given undue care,
though to rearrange again, requires an ump.
We'll have to close our eyes. say, "out of there."
