Working It Out

What's it about tribulation,
that causes drawing back?
Is it the destination?
Troubles we never lack.

If patience is the object,
and bearing up the way,
we hardy individuals,
are apt to win the day.

The months of social distance,
isolation kept by some,
given hope by vaccination,
still watchful of return.

The motto stated, "all of us,"
tribulation we can't ban;
then steadfast patience is a plus.
We do the best we can.

If we are given to looking up,
to find the answer there,
His Hand in ours is courage,
New patience is our share.
